Terms of sale

The seller is Thulth Consultation & Technology (شركة ثلث للاستشارات والتقنية), Commercial Registration (CR) No. 249354, Transworld Tower 1, Doha, State of Qatar. Licensed activities: Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions, alongside management consultation, web design and web technology (استشارات وحلول في الذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب الاستشارات الإدارية وتصميم المواقع وتكنولوجيا الويب). To register an account, subscribe or order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid, unexpired ID or passport. Company accounts must also provide their Commercial Registration (CR) number. Registrations by anyone under 18, or with an expired ID, are refused. Company accounts must also provide the CR expiry date. Keep these details up to date: we email you 7 days before your ID or CR expires and on the expiry day. If the renewed expiry date is not entered within 30 days of expiry, your account is placed on hold until it is updated. Only Thulth Consultation & Technology may extend this period.

للتسجيل أو الاشتراك أو الطلب يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 سنة وأن تقدّم هوية أو جواز سفر ساري المفعول. وعلى حسابات الشركات تقديم رقم السجل التجاري. يُرفض تسجيل من هم دون 18 سنة أو من يقدّم هوية منتهية الصلاحية. وعلى حسابات الشركات تقديم تاريخ انتهاء السجل التجاري. يجب إبقاء هذه البيانات محدّثة: نرسل لك بريداً إلكترونياً قبل 7 أيام من انتهاء الهوية أو السجل التجاري وفي يوم الانتهاء. إذا لم يُسجَّل تاريخ الانتهاء الجديد خلال 30 يوماً من الانتهاء، يُعلَّق الحساب إلى حين تحديثه. ولا يملك تمديد هذه المهلة إلا ثلث للاستشارات والتكنولوجيا.

These terms are subject to applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Nothing in these terms, the refund policy or the licence excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or the right to complain to a competent authority. Product-specific terms and signed service agreements apply only to the extent consistent with those rights.

Before ordering, review the product description, included files, licence scope, supported operating systems, version and stated requirements. Ask us to clarify any missing information before payment. A downloadable application is not an Apple App Store or Google Play purchase unless the listing expressly says so.

The sale price and payment amount are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) only; no other currency is quoted or charged. Any applicable taxes, delivery costs or additional charges must be disclosed before you commit to payment. Price changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

An order request does not itself confirm payment or release a download. Payment can be made online by debit or credit card through our authorised payment gateway, or by bank transfer or formal invoice. All prices and payments are in Qatari Riyal (QAR), and we confirm acceptance and payment before release. Contact us promptly to correct an order or cancel before acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment due back to you.

After payment confirmation, access is provided through the purchase account associated with the order email or a private download link supplied by our team. Delivery timing and any access limits should be confirmed before payment. Keep your order reference and invoice; contact us if access is missing or a link expires. A time-limited link does not by itself extinguish your purchased licence or mandatory remedies.

Consulting, design, hosting and custom development require an agreed scope, price, delivery schedule and responsibilities. Recurring charges, renewals, third-party costs and termination terms must be agreed separately; buying a download does not create a hosting or maintenance subscription.

Subscriptions (such as Reachscope) are billed per cycle in QAR at the price shown before payment. Monthly audit and video allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over. Any extra credits or extended periods included with a plan are plan allocations: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and end with the subscription. You may stop renewal at any time; the current paid cycle stays active until it ends.

Reachscope can be paid monthly, or upfront for six months at the rate of five monthly payments, or for twelve months at the rate of ten monthly payments. Starter covers Instagram and Facebook only; Video Lab and visual checks are available on Agency and Pro. Re-analysing the same account within 7 days (up to three reruns) does not use the allowance.

تُدفع الاشتراكات (مثل Reachscope) لكل دورة بالريال القطري وبالسعر المعروض قبل الدفع، وتتجدد الحصص الشهرية كل دورة ولا تنتقل. أي رصيد إضافي أو مدة ممتدة ضمن الباقة هو مخصص للباقة بلا قيمة نقدية ولا يُنقل ولا يُستبدل بمال وينتهي بانتهاء الاشتراك. يمكنك إيقاف التجديد في أي وقت وتبقى الدورة المدفوعة سارية حتى نهايتها. يمكن دفع Reachscope شهرياً، أو مقدماً لستة أشهر بسعر خمس دفعات شهرية، أو لاثني عشر شهراً بسعر عشر دفعات شهرية. تشمل «ستارتر» إنستغرام وفيسبوك فقط، ومختبر الفيديو وفحص التصاميم متاحان في «وكالة» و«برو». إعادة تحليل الحساب نفسه خلال 7 أيام (حتى ثلاث إعادات) لا تستهلك الحصة.

تُفوتَر الاشتراكات (مثل Reachscope) لكل دورة بالريال القطري بالسعر المعروض قبل الدفع. تتجدد حصص التدقيق والفيديو الشهرية مع كل دورة ولا تنتقل إلى الدورة التالية. وأي رصيد إضافي أو مدة ممتدة مشمولة بالباقة هي مخصصات ضمن الباقة: ليست لها قيمة نقدية، ولا تُنقل ولا تُستبدل بمال، وتنتهي بانتهاء الاشتراك. يمكنك إيقاف التجديد في أي وقت، وتبقى الدورة المدفوعة الحالية سارية حتى نهايتها.

Overdue subscriptions: if a subscription payment (for example Reachscope) is due and not received, the service is paused automatically until the payment is credited to our account, then resumes.

الاشتراكات المتأخرة: إذا استحقت دفعة اشتراك (مثل Reachscope) ولم تُستلم، يُوقَف الاشتراك تلقائياً إلى أن يُقيَّد المبلغ في حسابنا، ثم يُستأنف.

Monthly subscription cancellation: amounts paid in advance are refunded in full, excluding the current month, which stays active until it ends. Package subscriptions (6 or 12 months): cancellation is not refunded in full; the days elapsed and the credits used before cancelling are deducted at the normal monthly price and the balance is refunded.

إلغاء الاشتراك الشهري: تُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة مقدماً كاملة باستثناء الشهر الحالي الذي يبقى سارياً حتى نهايته. اشتراكات الباقات (6 أو 12 شهراً): لا يُسترد المبلغ كاملاً عند الإلغاء، بل تُخصم الأيام المنقضية والأرصدة المستخدمة قبل الإلغاء بالسعر الشهري العادي ويُرد الباقي.

Projects (such as web design, web development and mobile applications) are paid in three instalments: the first on confirmation, the second at the middle of the project timeline, and the third on full completion and handover of the working project. Maintenance fees are not included and are quoted and charged separately for each project.

تُدفع المشاريع (مثل تصميم وتطوير المواقع وتطبيقات الجوال) على ثلاث دفعات: الأولى عند التأكيد، والثانية في منتصف المدة الزمنية للمشروع، والثالثة عند الإنجاز الكامل وتسليم المشروع عاملاً. رسوم الصيانة غير مشمولة وتُسعَّر وتُحتسب بشكل منفصل لكل مشروع.

Banks may deduct transfer or card fees and percentages; these are set by the banks and are not borne by Thulth. Returning a product or cancelling a service other than a subscription follows the applicable laws of the State of Qatar, including Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008. These terms also appear on every quotation.

قد تخصم البنوك رسوم تحويل أو بطاقات أو نسباً مئوية، وهي تحددها البنوك ولا تتحملها ثلث. ويخضع إرجاع المنتجات أو إلغاء الخدمات غير الاشتراكات للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة قطر، ومنها قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 8 لسنة 2008. وتظهر هذه الشروط أيضاً في كل عرض سعر.

We comply with Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008 and Ministry of Commerce and Industry rules. Any discount, sale or promotion is published only with its permit number and valid dates, and we do not use misleading claims. If a promotion is not shown with a permit, it is not an offer.

نلتزم بقانون حماية المستهلك رقم 8 لسنة 2008 وأنظمة وزارة التجارة والصناعة. لا يُنشر أي خصم أو تخفيض أو عرض ترويجي إلا مع رقم التصريح وتواريخ السريان، ولا نستخدم ادعاءات مضللة. وأي ترويج لا يظهر معه رقم تصريح لا يُعد عرضاً.

Reports, scores, projections and suggested copy produced by our analysis tools are advisory estimates based on the information you provide. They are not a guarantee of reach, sales or results, and are not legal, financial or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for what you publish.

التقارير والنتائج والتوقعات والنصوص المقترحة التي تنتجها أدوات التحليل لدينا تقديرات استشارية مبنية على المعلومات التي تقدّمها، وليست ضماناً للوصول أو المبيعات أو النتائج، ولا تُعد استشارة قانونية أو مالية أو تنظيمية. وتبقى مسؤولاً عمّا تنشره.

Reachscope diagnostics, scores, reach and engagement estimates are derived from the materials you submit, publicly observable signals and analytical modelling. They are not official records from Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, Google or any other third-party platform, and Thulth is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Third-party platforms independently and frequently change their ranking algorithms, distribution rules, policies and data availability without notice, so results reflect the time of analysis and may differ from figures later shown by the platform. Results may also be affected by incomplete, outdated or inaccurate inputs.

To the extent permitted by Qatar law, Thulth is not liable for any loss of reach, revenue, followers, ranking or business opportunity, or for decisions taken in reliance on these estimates, nor for changes made by third-party platforms. This does not exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

تستند تشخيصات Reachscope ودرجاته وتقديرات الوصول والتفاعل إلى المواد التي تقدّمها والإشارات المتاحة للعامة والنمذجة التحليلية، وهي ليست سجلات رسمية صادرة عن إنستغرام أو تيك توك أو سناب شات أو إكس أو فيسبوك أو Google أو أي منصة خارجية أخرى، وثلث غير تابعة لتلك المنصات ولا معتمدة منها. تقوم المنصات الخارجية بتعديل خوارزميات الترتيب وقواعد التوزيع والسياسات وإتاحة البيانات باستمرار ودون إشعار مسبق، لذلك تعكس النتائج وقت إجراء التحليل وقد تختلف عن الأرقام التي تعرضها المنصة لاحقاً. وقد تتأثر النتائج أيضاً بمدخلات ناقصة أو قديمة أو غير دقيقة.

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون القطري، لا تتحمل ثلث أي مسؤولية عن فقدان الوصول أو الإيرادات أو المتابعين أو الترتيب أو الفرص التجارية، أو عن القرارات المتخذة اعتماداً على هذه التقديرات، أو عن التغييرات التي تجريها المنصات الخارجية. ولا يستبعد ذلك أي مسؤولية أو حق للمستهلك لا يجوز استبعاده قانوناً.

A purchase grants the product-use rights described in the licence agreement and any terms disclosed for that product before purchase. It does not transfer ownership of THULTH intellectual property. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licences.

All software, source code, user interfaces, system architectures, designs and materials available across Thulth Consultation & Technology platforms are proprietary assets owned exclusively by the company and protected under the applicable copyright, author-rights and cybercrime laws of the State of Qatar. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, scraping or distribution of any part of the platform, its tools or source materials, in whole or in part, by any technical means, without the company's prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We remain responsible for supplying products as described and for obligations imposed by applicable law. No provision limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes remedies for defective or misdescribed goods or services. Please contact us with an order reference and details of any problem.

Thulth Consultation & Technology keeps automated platform backups and a weekly secondary copy of its records. Online services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Every client has self-service download tools (Client Portal → Download my data, and My Voucher → Settings → Storage and backup). The client is solely responsible for downloading and keeping their own offline backup of their data, records, vouchers and uploaded documents at least once every week.

If a cyberattack, intrusion, technical failure or unexpected data loss happens, Thulth's obligation is to make commercially reasonable efforts to restore the service from its latest available backup, and to notify affected people as required by Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016.

To the extent permitted by Qatar law, Thulth, its owners, directors and staff are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or indirect or consequential damages, especially where the client did not keep their own weekly backup. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the client paid Thulth in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Qatar law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. You may contact us to seek a resolution without losing access to competent courts or regulators. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an existing purchase are not retrospectively reduced.

My Voucher accounting administrators may correct eligible cash entries with a required reason and retained history; Delete excludes an entry from active totals, not its history or receipts. Voucher numbers remain permanent and issued-voucher corrections use their authorized workflow. Explicit USD receipts suggest 3.64 QAR per USD, preserving the original amount; enter the actual bank debit in QAR including charges and check every scanned field. Unknown currencies require manual review. These tools are not accounting, tax or legal advice.

يستطيع المسؤول المحاسبي في My Voucher تصحيح القيود النقدية المؤهلة مع سبب إلزامي وحفظ السجل؛ يستبعد الحذف القيد من الإجماليات ولا يمحو السجل أو الإيصالات. تبقى أرقام السندات دائمة وتتم تصحيحات السندات الصادرة عبر المسار المخوّل. تقترح الإيصالات المحددة بالدولار سعر 3.64 ريال لكل دولار مع حفظ المبلغ الأصلي؛ أدخل الخصم البنكي الفعلي بالريال شاملاً الرسوم وراجع كل حقل ممسوح. العملات غير المعروفة تحتاج مراجعة يدوية. هذه الأدوات ليست مشورة محاسبية أو ضريبية أو قانونية.
