Product licence agreement

After confirmed payment, the buyer receives a non-exclusive right to use the purchased product for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Any device, user, project or organisation limits and any client-delivery rights must be disclosed on the product listing or agreed in writing before purchase. Product-specific rights stated at purchase govern that purchase, subject always to mandatory law.

The product is licensed, not sold as an assignment of intellectual property. THULTH and its licensors retain their respective rights. Open-source and third-party components remain governed by their own licence notices; this agreement does not remove rights those licences grant.

All software, source code, user interfaces, system architectures, designs and materials available across Thulth Consultation & Technology platforms are proprietary assets owned exclusively by the company and protected under the applicable copyright, author-rights and cybercrime laws of the State of Qatar. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, scraping or distribution of any part of the platform, its tools or source materials, in whole or in part, by any technical means, without the company's prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You may install and use the product within the purchased scope and keep reasonable backup copies. Configuration or editing is permitted where the supplied format and product terms allow it. Transfer of source files to a client, multi-client reuse and redistribution require rights expressly included with that product; ask us before purchase if these are needed.

Unless authorised by the product licence or applicable law, you must not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the product files, share purchase access, remove ownership notices or bypass access protection. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights under applicable third-party licences.

The version, included updates and support entitlement are those described at purchase. Access to released versions does not guarantee that new versions will be created, that third-party platforms will remain compatible indefinitely, or that hosting and custom development are included. No new recurring charge is created by this licence.

Use only the supplied official download and check stated system requirements before installation. Do not bypass operating-system security warnings without verifying the publisher and file integrity. Mobile installation is subject to platform rules; a download purchase does not guarantee app-store approval or availability on every device.

Products must meet their description and applicable legal obligations. This agreement does not exclude mandatory warranties or remedies under Qatar law. Report defects or access problems to THULTH; the refund policy explains how to request a remedy.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud or a material licence breach. Where appropriate and legally required, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy a breach. Termination does not automatically forfeit statutory refund rights. After lawful termination or a full refund, stop using and delete copies of the affected product, subject to any rights that survive by law.

This agreement is governed by Qatar law, without excluding mandatory protections or access to competent courts and authorities. Keep the product description and licence terms supplied at purchase as your record of the agreed scope.
